I am not the same woman every week of the month. I do not work the same every week of the month. And I do not wish to.

We need more awareness, reverence and honesty on what so many women move through every single month, while living in a world that still so often expects us to work, create, perform and succeed as though our bodies are the same every day.

The more I honour that, the more I see no other way than to help women build lives and businesses that honour their rhythms, support their cycles, and stop asking them to perform against the very nature of who they are.

Living life in service of her, not directed by her.

And if I am blessed enough to one day become a mother to my own children, everything I do will be in service to them too - what I’m healing, what I’m building.

Every step we take towards becoming a safe adult for ourselves changes the inheritance we leave behind.

The inheritance of love, of safety, of self-trust, of what becomes possible.

I think that’s one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves, and the people we love.
