The Strawberry Moon 🌕🍓
Whether you're spiritual, love astronomy, or simply enjoy standing outside looking up at the night sky, there's something about a full moon that invites us to pause.
The Strawberry Moon isn't named because it turns pink (although it can look beautiful when it's low on the horizon!). It gets its name from the time of year when wild strawberries were traditionally ready to harvest.
And I love that...
Because it's a reminder that growth isn't instant.
Nature doesn't rush. Seeds don't become fruit overnight. Everything has its season.
Maybe that's true for us too.
Sometimes we spend so much time focusing on how far we still have to go that we forget to celebrate how much we've already grown.
The conversations we've had. The boundaries we've learned to set. The confidence we've slowly built. The healing that nobody else can see.
So tonight, if the clouds allow, take a moment to look up.
Take one deep breath.
Ask yourself: ✨ What have I grown through this season? ✨ What am I ready to let go of? ✨ What do I want to nurture next?
The moon doesn't ask us to be perfect.
It simply reminds us that life moves in cycles... and every phase has its purpose. ❤️🌕🍓
