💛 TRE® Tension, Stress & Trauma Releasing Exercises — gentle shaking release for deep nervous system reset

🎶 a grounding Sound Bath

🍓 homemade cake, fresh fruit & community

🔥 a 1-hour sensory Sauna Ceremony

🌀 herbal steam, meditation , self regulation tools & homemade scrubs

The ritual is enriched through live, interwoven sound alongside whisking, essential oils, herbal steam, body scrubs, and shared self-regulation tools. Nothing is pre-set.
Everything is felt, woven, and alive.

TRE® (Dr. David Berceli’s original method ) activates the body’s natural tremor reflex, guiding the nervous system from stress response back into rest & digest. It’s resilience training in its most natural form — reconnecting us with what the body already knows how to do.

This evening is for anyone craving reconnection, softness, empowerment, and a body that feels like HOME again.
