Waist Measurement: 27.5 cm lost
She tells us that she feels more energised and more confident.
That's an outstanding result for just 10 visits, especially because it's not only the scales moving — she's reduced body fat, improved her measurements, and is feeling healthier and more confident too. Those are often the most meaningful signs of progress. 👏
She looks genuinely proud of her achievement, and rightly so. Losing 27.5 cm overall alongside 3.7 kg and lowering body fat shows she's making positive changes to her body composition, not just her weight.
