A little catch-up…
As it’s been a while. ✨

The last few months have been full of learning, laughter, healing, beautiful souls, and a few bittersweet goodbyes.

💚 Our Glastonbury retreat with Michelle and the most incredible group of souls.
🎶 Crystal bowl and tuning fork training.
Another beautiful chapter of learning.
🔥 A powerful Ta**ra workshop with Jennifer, all the way from Florida.
🍫 The return of our beautiful cacao mama, Rebecca, from Australia.
🪽 The ASK Angels spreading love and support at Music Barn.
🦄 A little Unicorn magic.
☀️ Celebrating the Summer Solstice.
🛖 Saying goodbye (for now) to the Bekstar Yurt..
She will be back..
🎵 Hang Massive bringing the music.
⛰️ Time in the Malvern Hills, where my beautiful crystal harp found its way to me.
🌾 And finally, the Rooted Heat Festival at the Field of Healing, ending this incredible chapter perfectly.

Looking back, I’m reminded how much can happen in just a few months.

To everyone who’s shared these moments with me..THANK YOU.. Your love, support, and energy mean more than you’ll ever know. 🙏🏽

The A.S.K. Method was formed through divine timing and soul recognition.

I met Annmarie during cacao facilitator training 🍫 with the amazing Rebekah Bell.
Two paths crossing through ceremony, heart work, and a shared passion for conscious healing spaces.
Annmarie later introduced me to Sarah, and from the moment we met, there was an instant connection.
We bonded straight away, recognising a shared vision and complementary gifts.

Each of us brings a unique energy and modality, yet together something lovingly naturally formed ✨

And so A.S.K. was born..

I met Michelle during my Reiki attunement journey, a beautiful space held in Glastonbury with an amazing teacher Judy, my sistar from another mother 💞 The Little Reiki Cabin

What started as two women learning together quickly grew into a deep friendship rooted in healing, trust, and a shared calling to hold space for others.

From that moment, our work naturally evolved into creating nurturing retreat days together, spaces where people can step away from everyday life and reconnect with themselves in a safe, heart-led environment.
