Whether you feel drawn to Reiki for your own healing and personal growth, or you think it might be the beginning of a journey towards sharing Reiki with others, Reiki Roots is where it begins.

This first level of Reiki is all about laying the foundations — connecting with yourself, exploring self-healing, beginning to work with Reiki energy and discovering the Reiki Precepts as a way of supporting everyday life.

No previous experience is needed, just an openness and curiosity to explore 🙏

I've recently updated the sizes and pricing of the Organic Peruvian Ceremonial Grade Cacao that I keep here at The Sanctuary for collection.

Whether you're simply curious and would like to try a few cups, or you enjoy working with cacao regularly, there are now more size options to suit your needs.

✨ Available to collect:
• Taster – 50g (£7.50)
• Starter – 100g (£10)
• Small – 200g (£18)
• Medium – 500g (£32)
• Large – 1kg (£60)

All of my cacao is the same beautiful organic ceremonial grade Peruvian cacao that I use in my own daily practice, ceremonies and experiences.
