✨💜🌿Next ‘Discover Kundalini Yoga Educational Series & Practice’ 🌿💜✨
Starting Thursday 18th June
A chance and opportunity to create a deeper understanding of what Kundalini Yoga is, explored through both educational teachings and a 90-minute practice.
This is a small, intimate group, so if you are interested, I invite you to reach out. You’ll also be added to a private WhatsApp group for the duration of the course to share experiences, ask questions and stay connected between sessions.
Through the combination of support, education, and shared practice, I intend for you to leave with a clearer understanding of Kundalini Yoga and how it works, a deeper connection and awareness of your body and breath, and greater confidence in yourself.
No previous Kundalini Yoga experience is needed to join in person. Please note, online attendance is
available to those that have previously attended a Kundalini Yoga practice with me.
