Our wonderful marketing manager is off to explore new opportunities so we are taking the opportunity to have a refresh.

I love our brand we have already created and have a very clear vision on the direction of The Lions’ Den and I’m looking for someone who can help me spread the message and all the wonderful things we have going on…. and there is a lot.

I know it’s a big ask. But I’m looking for someone who is maybe looking to take that next step - someone who designs beautifully, speaks fluent social media, and can craft wonderful eye catching emails that convert. Someone who’s ready to flip the script on how we talk about the Lions’ Den.

Following on from Lee’s message yesterday, we wanted to follow up with a clear outline of our price increases coming to give you the best opportunity to make use of the August pay day and buy at our current pricing.

We’re increasing our pricing from the 1st September.

It hasn’t been an easy decision. We built The Lions Den to offer affordable contrast therapy experiences, a space where you can make the sauna part of your regular routine.

That commitment hasn’t changed and we have thought carefully about this. These changes mean we can keep investing in our spaces, our team, and the experience you have every time you visit.

Our individual sessions and packs are increasing.
The 60-minute sauna + ice bath moves to £18.00.
The 30-minute to £12.50.
Our Monday 30 minute Social Sauna will now be £6.50 and Our Saturday 60 minute Social Sauna will increase to £11.50

Our concession passes will also increase in line with the above.

The one thing we’re not increasing is our memberships.
They stay exactly the same. Because we want regular access to remain affordable for anyone who wants to build this into their life.

This is your last weekend at today’s pricing.

If you’ve been thinking about trying us, or you want to lock in our packs before they go up—now’s the time.

Our saunas at City and River are open Monday to Sunday, from morning until late, with availability this weekend.
