As the warmer weather arrives and many of us enjoy a few more meals out, barbecues or drinks in the sunshine, it’s also a good time to think about supporting the liver, one of the hardest working organs in the body.

In this reel, Linda shares a glimpse into her very first day at the Bleib Berg health resort.

Her morning begins with Epsom salts and alkalising powders to support digestion, followed by a series of in-depth health checks, including blood tests, measurements, blood pressure, and an echocardiogram, all designed to build a clear picture of her overall wellbeing.

After breakfast, she eases into the day with a swim in the thermal pool, followed by some quiet time for reading and research. The afternoon brings a nourishing lunch, a restorative reflexology session, and a one-to-one consultation with her doctor.

She rounds off the day with a gym session, time in the sauna, and a calming dinner, embracing a slower, more intentional pace from the very start.
