👀 Here's the Vision board I created at the beginning of 2026 !
☑️ Riding more, hacking out alone, new routes ,( maybe transport for 2027 🫣 )
☑️ Family time - spent more time with ma and pa , my Oliver before he goes off to high school.
☑️ Travel - started the year in Oz, then mainly the lakes - could do better 🤣
☑️ Personal growth - lots of reading and learning
☑️ holiday cottage - hard work but got there 😁
☑️ Time well spent - I feel like I've used my time this year wisely - tick tock tick tock - could always do better.

Id like to introduce you too the amazing Dee from Dai'an Holistics

She will be doing an amazing Autumn Equinox Self Discovery Ceremony at the salon on Sunday 27th September!

So what will Dee be doing?

We will begin the afternoon with a Cacao Ceremony. Each person thinks of a clear goal, a personal wish, or a feeling they want to invite into their life. is an intentional, guided ritual centered on the mindful drinking of pure, ceremonial-grade cacao.

We will be guided into a Reiki drum journey by Dee, our Reiki Drum Master. Reiki drumming combines the hypnotic rhythms of drumming with the gentle energy of Reiki whilst feeling the gentle, heart-opening effects of the Cacao.

A period of silence to reflect and note feelings, thoughts and intentions before we take a short break.

A hands on Reiki Healing session during our final sharing circle of will bring this beautiful healing session to a close.

How amazing does this sound!
