☀️ Hot weather means your body needs more water. 💧

With temperatures rising, staying hydrated is one of the simplest ways to support your energy, concentration, and overall wellbeing. Don’t wait until you’re thirsty: make water a regular part of your day.

✅ Start your morning with a glass
✅ Keep a bottle nearby
✅ Add lemon or mint for flavour
✅ Sip consistently throughout the day
✅ Pair hydration with daily habits

Small habits lead to real results. Stay cool, stay refreshed, and take care of yourself this summer. 🌿💙

✨ Moro Reflex & Nervous System Regulation ✨

Did you know that an overactive startle response can leave your nervous system feeling constantly on high alert? 😳💡🔊

When this reflex remains active beyond infancy, some people may notice they’re more sensitive to noise, bright environments, sudden changes, or feel easily overwhelmed. This can make it harder to find a sense of calm and balance throughout the day.

One simple movement we often use is the ⭐️ Starfish Exercise ⭐️. By intentionally opening through the front of the body and focusing on slow, controlled movement, we can encourage feelings of safety, grounding, and regulation. 🌿💛

Small, consistent practices can help support a calmer nervous system, improve body awareness, and create more moments of ease in everyday life. 🙌✨

Try this with your kids if they were born by c-section or had a traumatic birth path, too! 💓

🧠🌿 TRAUMA CHANGES THE BRAIN… BUT HEALING CHANGES IT TOO 💚✨

When we experience trauma, our brains adapt to help keep us safe. 🛡️ Sometimes this means becoming extra alert 🚨, reacting strongly to situations that remind us of past pain, or seeing danger where there may be none.
What can look like an “overreaction” is often a nervous system doing exactly what it learned to do to survive. 🤍
The beautiful thing about the brain is that it can continue to grow, adapt and heal. 🌱✨ With support, safety, self-compassion and the right therapeutic tools, new pathways can be created and old patterns can begin to soften. 🌿🧠
If you’ve ever felt like your reactions don’t make sense, please know this: your brain has been doing its best to protect you. 💚
Healing is possible. 🌱
Growth is possible. 🌱
You are not your trauma. 🤍✨

🌿 Feeling off lately? Maybe you don’t need more motivation: you need a reset.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is slow down, unplug, and give yourself the care you’ve been putting off. 💛

✨ Try this simple self-care reset:
📵 Unplug from screens
🧺 Declutter a small space
💧 Hydrate & nourish your body
🧘 Move gently
📖 Journal or sit in silence
🌟 Do one thing that feels good

Remember: one small step can shift your whole energy. Take what you need today. 🤍

✨💛 On my way to tell them that healing isn’t learning how to never get triggered, it’s learning how to come back to yourself when you do. 💛✨

If you’ve ever thought, “I should be over this by now,” this is your gentle reminder: being triggered doesn’t mean you’ve failed at healing. 🌱🤍

Your nervous system is designed to protect you. When something feels familiar to a past experience, your brain and body can react before you even have time to think about it. 🧠⚡

That’s because the nervous system is always asking one question:

✨ “Am I safe right now?” ✨

When we become activated, our body may move into fight 🥊, flight 🏃‍♀️, freeze 🧊, or fawn 🤝 responses. These aren’t character flaws: they’re intelligent survival adaptations that helped us get through difficult moments.

Healing isn’t about never entering these states again. 💫

It’s about:
🌿 Noticing when you’ve been activated
🌿 Understanding what your body is communicating
🌿 Offering yourself compassion instead of criticism
🌿 Using regulation tools to support your nervous system
🌿 Returning to a sense of safety, connection, and presence

Every time you notice what’s happening and gently guide yourself back, you’re strengthening new neural pathways. 🧠✨ You’re teaching your body that it doesn’t have to stay stuck in survival mode forever.

So if you got triggered today, take a breath. 🌸
Not because you need to force yourself to calm down, but because you deserve support while your nervous system finds its way back home. 🫶💕

Healing isn’t perfection.
Healing is repair. 🌷✨

✨💚 CLIENT LOVE 💚✨

I haven’t had the chance to share this beautiful feedback until now, but messages like this mean more to me than words can express. 🥹🙏

Watching my clients grow, heal, rediscover themselves, and step confidently into the next chapter of their lives is one of the greatest privileges of my work. 🌱✨ Every person who walks through my door brings a unique story, and it’s an honour to be trusted with those chapters of their journey. 🤍

While there is always a little sadness when our work together comes to an end, it’s far outweighed by the joy of seeing someone bloom and move forward with strength, hope, and confidence. 🌸🦋🌈

Please know that even after our sessions finish, I carry a little piece of your story with me. Your courage, resilience, and growth stay in my heart. 💕 And if life ever brings you back to my door, I’ll be here with a warm welcome, a listening ear, and a safe space waiting for you. 🫶🌿

To every client who has trusted me along the way…thank you. Your journeys inspire me every single day. 💚✨

🎶 Can you hum for 10 seconds without stopping? 🎶

Humming creates gentle vibrations that can help stimulate the vagus nerve: an important part of the nervous system involved in emotional regulation, relaxation, and the body’s stress response. 🌿🤍

While it isn’t a diagnostic test, noticing changes in your ability to hum comfortably may offer insight into how connected you feel to your breath, voice, and nervous system. 🧘

Give it a try and let me know: how many seconds can you hum? 💭👇
