🥘 Such a good tea tonight! I adapted one of my Gousto meals to make it totally SW‑friendly — smoky Spanish‑style chicken with patatas bravas 🇪🇸🔥💛 Loving all that colour on the plate, got my third speed in 🍅🫑🧅

🟡 Used just 2 swips (low‑fat mayo)
🟢 And 1 Healthy Extra (1 tbsp olive oil)

Absolutely delicious — proper proof that with a few tweaks, you can enjoy anything on plan 😋✨
