**Why finding your people matters**
Heya fans, just had a banger of a story so far from my client, Ciara & would love to show you?
Ciara was:
Moving house.
Changing jobs.
Starting again in a completely new area.
And knew this was the perfect opportunity to build some healthy habits before life got in the way.
Her new job meant sitting at a desk instead of being active all day, and after shoulder surgery she'd lost a lot of strength and confidence.
She promised herself that this time she wouldn't keep putting it off, here are her words...
What problem were you trying to solve by coming to FitBody, Ciara?
I’d recently moved to the area from Sussex and changed jobs as a swimming teacher/coach to a more sedentary role as virtual PA.
I could feel myself getting sluggish and I wanted to grab the bull by the horns when we moved.
If I put it off, I’d never do it. but I had been promising myself I’d join something as soon as we moved.
I have always been relatively strong and active but after a shoulder surgery last year, I’ve lost so much strength (I wouldn’t call it muscle) on my right side!
What’s the BIGGEST lesson you learned while at FitBody?
Everyone is there for their own reason but everyone is there because they enjoy it!
Sometimes we don’t want to be there at 0700am in the morning but we feel great after we’ve done it!
We keep each other going and have a giggle while doing it! It can be fun doing this and it is!
There is no way I would be doing these exercises on my own in the gym!
I have also learned that I can still keep active with a few adaptations!
What results did you achieve?
I feel confident in myself.
I feel better in my clothes.
I look better and I’m having fun too!
You have to have fun to get up early x3 a week!!
But I’ve found I’m enjoying training again after years at the side and in the swimming pool!
I feel so much more confident in myself again!
And as I go through the menopause, it’s really helping being around girls going through the same, I feel so much stronger and my shoulder/arm is getting stronger every day!!
Today, Ciara feels stronger, more confident, and genuinely enjoys getting up for those early morning sessions.
She's feeling better in her clothes, rebuilding strength in her shoulder, and has rediscovered something she'd been missing...
She enjoys training again.
Perhaps the biggest surprise?
Being surrounded by women who encourage each other, laugh together, and understand exactly what she's going through has made all the difference.
Sometimes getting stronger isn't just about lifting heavier weights.
It's about finding your people.
Message "INFO" and let's make this the time you actually stick to it.

P.S. Three sessions a week. Forty-five minutes. One decision that could change a lot more than your fitness
