Further advice on the full range of services is available from the Pharmacy. We have a range of first aid, skincare and foot care products to help you with self care. We can also try and order in products you like that we perhaps don’t have in stock yet. Non-medicinal products include perfumes, haircare products, cosmetics, toiletries, locally-produced Strathpeffer Spa Soap Company products, and baby goods.

If you're heading out in the hills, particularly alone, it's a good idea to have a late back procedure.

Let a trusted person know:
📍 where you're going
🕝 what time you expect to be back
🚘 where you're parked
🧭 your planned route
🧥 what you're wearing
📱 your mobile number

Make sure they know what to do if you don't check in when expected.

This gives you peace of mind knowing someone will raise the alarm if needed. Just remember to let them know when you're back off the hill to avoid raising a false alarm.

Don't jump into the unknown:

• Water depths alter with the tide – the water may be shallower than it seems
