March and April have been a huge reminder of what we're all about, creating opportunities, supporting progression, and helping strengthen the future of care across the West Midlands.
Over the last 8 weeks:
51,200 hours of care delivered
58 people progressed into permanent roles
112 learners interviewed, leading to job offers with Fairway
260+ people attended our information sessions
280 healthcare professionals trained through CarePro, our exciting Care Workforce development portfolio of short courses, refreshers and upskill tools
64 staff continued progressing through their Level 2 and 3 Diplomas
We’re also incredibly proud that both our King’s Trust programme and WMCA contract have been extended through to 2027, allowing us to continue creating real pathways into care careers across the region.
A huge congratulations to Alex Znajda and Ming Chau on completing their AET qualifications, and to Kelly Brookes on achieving her Lead IQA qualification, fantastic examples of progression and development within Embark.
At a time where the sector faces ongoing recruitment and retention challenges, we’re proud to be building something different, focused on people, progression and long-term impact.
Thank you to everyone who continues to be part of the journey with us. 💙
