Not really into ‘Woo Woo’ stuff ????

Well, neither am I! I am about providing a space for people who:

⭐️ struggle to create time for themselves

⭐️ people who feel like they are ‘a lot’

⭐️ people who find themselves surrounded by others but feel totally isolated

⭐️ people who need to talk but feel counselling is a step too far

⭐️ the burnt out, invisible woman who spins all the plates, pours into everyone else’s cup without having her own cup replenished

My lovely little Zen Den is a cosy, warm space in a private location with free easy and ample parking. Offering daytime and late evening sessions outside of ‘normal office hours’ I aim to be accessible to those who struggle with time and commitments.

I, as your therapist am very ‘real world’ with 46years of life experience. I love to laugh and bring humour to things. My existing clients tell me I’m really warm and easy to talk to. I also happen to be amazing at head massages 💆‍♀️ My Reiki is not made to feel woo woo in any way, it’s just deeply relaxing and a unique experience every time.
