We’re proud to be part of the Empower Project, a collaborative initiative between the Local Creative Youth Partnership (LCYP) Programme at Kerry ETB and Inspired’s WorkAbility Programme, funded by Pobal. Together, we’re creating opportunities for young adults across Kerry to share their stories, amplify their voices and inspire meaningful change within their communities.
This collaboration provides a creative platform for young people with disabilities to build confidence, develop real-world skills and share their lived experiences through storytelling, advocacy and creativity. This summer, Ciarán Sears, facilitated by seanrea, is exploring the impact of Gaisce – The President’s Award, highlighting the positive difference Ireland’s national youth award programme makes in the lives of young people across Kerry.
Together, we’re demonstrating the power of creativity, inclusion and opportunity to empower young people to find their voice, influence their communities and shape a brighter future.
Kerry LCYP is part of Creative Youth, an initiative of the all-of-Government Creative Ireland Programme to enable the creative potential of every young person
The Workability programme is administered by Pobal on behalf of the Department of Social Protection and is co-funded by the Government of Ireland and the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+).
