🌟 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: BONNIE 🌟

Today, we’re shining the spotlight on our wonderful clerk, Bonnie! ❤️

Bonnie has been part of the Athens Pharmacy family for almost 4 years, and what she enjoys most about her job is having the opportunity to serve others and show the love of Christ to our community. She truly believes that a little kindness can go a long way!

🐾 A FUN FACT ABOUT BONNIE: She was raised around exotic animals! And believe it or not, her dream job growing up was to become a midwife. Talk about an interesting childhood! 😊

Bonnie was raised in Elkmont, Alabama, spent some time in Cullman, and has called Athens home again for about 10 years.
When she’s not at Athens Pharmacy, Bonnie loves spending time with her husband of 26 years, their children and grandchildren, and all of their furbabies. ❤️

One thing that always makes Bonnie happy? Putting a smile on someone’s face. 😊

Bonnie wants our customers to know that it is truly her pleasure to help them to the best of her ability. She knows that every person who walks through our doors has a story, and if someone isn’t having the best day, Bonnie will always be there with an encouraging word—and, when welcomed, a prayer. 🙏❤️

We are so thankful to have Bonnie on our team! Her kindness, compassion, and genuine love for people are a beautiful reflection of what makes Athens Pharmacy more than just a pharmacy—it’s a place where people are cared for. ❤️

Today we’re shining the spotlight on Yolanda, affectionately known around Athens Pharmacy as “Yo-Yo”! 💕💊

Yo-Yo has been a valued part of the Athens Pharmacy family for an incredible 18 years! One of the things she loves most about her job is helping our customers and making sure they get the care and assistance they need. 🥰

🏈 Fun Fact: Yo-Yo is a HUGE Alabama football fan! ❤️🐘 Roll Tide!

An Athens native through and through, Yo-Yo has always called Athens, Alabama home. When she’s not at the pharmacy, she loves spending time with her family, caring for her mom, and making memories with her daughter, who she loves very much. ❤️
And when it’s time for a little getaway, you’ll find Yo-Yo happiest at the beach or in the mountains! 🌊⛰️

Today we’re shining the spotlight on Kim — RN, PhT, LPED! 💊🩺

Kim has been a valued part of the Athens Pharmacy family for 19½ years, and if you’ve been a customer for any length of time, chances are you know her! One of Kim’s favorite parts of her job is interacting with our customers and continuing the relationships she’s built with them over the years. She truly enjoys helping people with both new and ongoing issues and finding solutions to get them taken care of. ❤️

🏈 Something you may NOT know about Kim: She is a HUGE Tennessee Vols fan! 🧡🤍 If you haven’t stopped by our nursing department lately, come take a look at ALL THAT ORANGE! 🍊😂 Football season is definitely when Kim is at her happiest!

Kim is originally from Tennessee, but Athens has been home for many years. She lives here with her husband and enjoys spending her time away from work with her children and granddaughter. ❤️

When asked what she would like our customers to know, Kim says she loves helping customers work through whatever issues they may have — old or new — and doing everything she can to resolve them.

We are so thankful for Kim’s 19½ years of dedication, compassion, laughter, and service to our customers and our community! We’re lucky to have her on our team! 🧡💊

Today, we’re shining the spotlight on Gary, one of our Delivery Drivers! 🎉

Gary has been a valued part of the Athens Pharmacy family for 19½ years, and we’re so thankful for all the years he has spent serving our customers and community.
When asked what he enjoys most about working at Athens Pharmacy, Gary says it’s meeting new people. If you know Gary, you also know he’s a big jokester who loves acting crazy and keeping everyone laughing! 😂
Gary has lived in Athens, Alabama, his entire life. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his daughter and granddaughters, who mean so much to him. ❤️

🌟 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: PAM 🌟

Today we’re shining the spotlight on Pam, our Stock/Inventory Clerk, who has been a valued part of the Athens Pharmacy family for an incredible 28 years! ❤️

Born and raised right here in Athens, Alabama, Pam has spent nearly three decades helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. And Athens Pharmacy is truly a family affair for her—her mom, Jan, also worked here! 🥰

One of the things Pam enjoys most about working at Athens Pharmacy is cutting up and laughing with her coworkers. She believes having fun and being silly can make even an ordinary workday a little brighter!

When she’s not at the pharmacy, Pam enjoys relaxing and spending time with her family. And when asked what makes her happy, she’ll tell you—payday and being silly at work are definitely high on the list! 😂💰

We are so thankful for the years of hard work, laughter, and memories Pam has shared with Athens Pharmacy. We’re lucky to have her as part of our pharmacy family! ❤️
