Cooking for Health 🌿✨

Our friend Chef Janelle of Petal and Bloom has launched a cooking class for kids — and she filmed it right here in the Ruscombe teaching kitchen. It's absolutely adorable and the first two episodes have already dropped!

This is exactly the kind of thing we envision more of at Ruscombe — real food education, for the next generation, rooted in this community. We can't wait to expand our cooking programs as we continue renovations on our teaching kitchen and welcome our new chefs into the space.

On this Spring Equinox, when day and night stand in perfect balance, we are reminded of the harmony that exists within the cycles of nature and within ourselves.

For millennia, mystics have observed this sacred turning of the seasons as a moment of renewal. Just as Earth awakens from winter’s quiet rest, so too are we invited to awaken the seeds of possibility within our own consciousness.

This is a time to pause, breathe deeply, and reflect on what we wish to cultivate in the months ahead—greater compassion, deeper understanding, renewed purpose, or a closer attunement with the Divine Presence that lives within all things.
