What does a day in patient navigation look like? Kim Taylor helps clients overcome barriers to cancer screening and treatment, from scheduling appointments to accompanying clients to specialty care visits. Having Kim's support is crucial, says client James "Eddie" Johnson. "She take care of business. Paperwork and everything. I don't have to worry.”

2) Kim escorts Mr. Eddie to his oncology appointment. It’s important to have someone there to help him understand the next steps with his prostate cancer diagnosis.
3) Kim helps Mr. Eddie with the check-in kiosk.
4) During his oncologist visit, Kim frequently checks in to make sure Mr. Eddie can hear everything and that he understands.
