A Friendly Reminder About Our Wellness Rooms 💚

Why do we have NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION FEES?

We understand that life happens. Schedules change, unexpected situations arise, and appointments sometimes need to be canceled.

When you reserve time in one of our Wellness Rooms, that time is held exclusively for you. If an appointment is canceled at the last minute or missed entirely, we may not have enough time to offer it to another guest.

Cancellation and no-show fees aren’t about making extra money. They help cover the time, staffing, and resources reserved for your visit. While we’d love to waive a fee whenever circumstances arise, doing so consistently isn’t sustainable for a small business. Absorbing the cost of missed appointments could eventually mean raising prices for everyone.

Our policies aren’t personal or punitive. They help us keep our Wellness Rooms operating, maintain affordable services, and ensure our team is available to provide the relaxing, restorative experiences you deserve.
