Good news: Your house has props!!

Books = blocks
Cushions/Rolled Blankets = bolsters
Scarf/Tie = straps
Rug/Carpet/Blanket = mats

You don't need a perfectly curated yoga room with matching props 🫶🏼

Sometimes the most accessible property is just.... whatever is already within reach.

Use what you have. Get creative. Make it work for your body.
