A dear friend of mine got her first tattoo recently. At the time , I was in and out of a series of rabbit holes on serious skincare and came up with this blend. It’s a beautiful combination of helichrysum, myrrh, Roman chamomile essential oils , raspberry seed oil and moringa oil. As with most of my line of skin care oils, it is quickly absorbed, smells amazing, and a little goes a long way. It provides serious nourishment to the delicate skin under tattoo, which helps keep your tattoos looking fresh. Healthy skin—beautiful body art❤️🐝❤️

So I wrote this little reminder to myself - and I shared it in my newsletter last month. Let it remind us all that - as it says - when someone invites you to sit at their table, it's because you have something to bring to it.

It’s a chilly, rainy morning here in Dubuque, IA and the office staff and I are working hard on labels for new products, and catching up on classwork that I’m behind on.

Callie dog is very good about sharing her bed and her beach towel snugelly with Harlequin—not that Queen Quinnie gives her lots of options on sharing🤣.

I have to apologize — last week, in the B Essential Wellness Fresh & Fun Toilet Fizzie reel, I forgot to mention an important change in the product. They’re still effective, easy (and fun) to use and non-toxic, but now they are in a more planet-friendly package🚽🐝🚽

In an effort to reduce packaging, especially plastic, wherever I can, I have changed to a Kraft paper bag for the B Essential Wellness Fresh & Fun Toilet Fizzies, (the original packaging was a quart size plastic jar😳). The bag keeps them dry ( they need to be stored in a sealed container) and, more importantly in my opinion, allowed for a price drop which is more in keeping with my mission of making safe and effective plant-based wellness affordable for families everywhere❤️🐝❤️.

I’ll admit it—I’m pretty much obsessed with how light and fluffy this all natural shaving cream is!❤️🐝❤️. Add to the ‘no artificial ingredients, no aerosols’, the skin soothing benefits of lavender and lemongrass essential oils , the skin nourishing benefits of organic mango butter, coconut oil and apricot kernel oils. Stir in a little unscented Castile soap and you’ll love this shaving cream too! Watch out—the guys in the house might want some too ❤️🐝❤️
