Silky Smooth Lotion Bars are here!❤️🐝❤️

It took a couple of days of research, tweaking my recipe and trial and error , but I am much happier with this formulation. Who knew there was soooo much math in aromatherapy🤔🐝🤔?

The lovely color is from ultrafine apricot mica. They are firm enough to pick up, but soft enough to glide along your skin—no pulling or dragging, and best of all, no greasy feel❤️🐝❤️

A light lovely scent from the 3 (new to my product formulation)oils, chosen for their therapeutic properties to gently nourish your skin while balancing mind and emotions❤️🐝❤️

I was thinking I wanted to add lotion bars to my product line.❤️🐝❤️
I wanted them to be lovely❤️🐝❤️
I was adamant that they nourish our skin AND balance our emotions and mind❤️🐝❤️
I wanted to put my Blend By Chemistry coursework skills together so I chose new oils for the end result I intended❤️🐝❤️
❤️Ho Wood 🐝Thyme ct linalool 🐝 Petitgrain ❤️ together , beautiful!
I tried a different bed of carrier butters❤️🐝❤️
Cannot give the end result a passing grade. The bar crumbled as I rubbed it gently down my arm, and I did NOT like the way my skin felt once it was on😢🐝😢
Tonight I recalculated the aromatherapy math to make sure the essential oil dilution is at 2% (safe for daily use in the long term) and pulled together a base recipe for the actual bar❤️🐝❤️

School starts this week here in Dubuque and that means kids of all ages will be bringing home all sorts of stuff every day—artwork, homework, and most importantly , germs❤️🐝❤️

So this week was dedicated to making sure I have a full restock on my B Essential Wellness Immune Support Dino Soap. ❤️🐝❤️It’s been a week🙄, so this afternoon I spent some time soaking up good vibes in one of my favorite ‘Happy Spaces’ with my Callie Pup. I admit, I felt a bit like a Disney princess with the bumble bees🐝🐝 and 🦋and hummingbirds —and of course my songbirds❤️🐝❤️hanging out with me. I was sitting on my bench, very quiet, and a couple of fledgling sparrows were hanging out on the rim of the birdbath taking little sips of water ( no picture cos I didn’t want to startle them). I started putting in my perennial bird and pollinator garden over a year ago and it’s coming along beautifully . Sometimes I take my Blending By Chemistry workbooks out there—organic chemistry reads a bit easier when your mind is relaxed and open❤️🐝❤️
