Today's Study Tips: Learn the mnemonics!

Mnemonics help the brain encode and recall information more easily. They're incredibly catchy, like rhymes, visual imagery, acronyms or stories.

PVT TIM HALL (aka. "Private Tim Hall") is an excellent example of a great mnemonic to use for RD Exam studying. It describes the essential amino acids:

The P represents phenylalanine, V is valine, T is tryptophan and threonine, I is isoleucine, M is methionine, H is histidine, A is arginine, and the L's stand for leucine and lysine.
