June 19 | Chiron Enters Ta**us

On June 19th, Chiron enters Ta**us after spending about 8 years in Aries.

This is a big energetic shift.

Chiron in Aries has been helping us heal wounds around identity, courage, independence, anger, confidence, and the right to take up space.

As Chiron moves into Ta**us, the healing focus begins to shift toward self-worth, safety, stability, money, the body, pleasure, receiving, and feeling secure within ourselves.

This may begin a longer healing cycle around questions like:

Do I feel worthy of receiving?

Do I feel safe in my body?

Do I trust my own value?
Where have I been settling for less than what feels nourishing, steady, and true?

Chiron moves slowly. This week may simply give us the first glimpse of what we are beginning to heal in a deeper, more grounded way.

Summer Solstice Weekend + Aurapalooza

As we move into the weekend, we begin to feel the energy of the Summer Solstice — the longest light of the year and a powerful seasonal turning point.
After a week of New Moon intentions, heart-opening moments, deeper emotional awareness, and a shift into self-worth healing, this weekend feels like a doorway into a new season.

This is a beautiful time to pause, reflect, receive, and reconnect with your own inner light.

This Saturday, June 20th, I’ll be at Echo Bodine’s Aurapalooza from 10 AM–5 PM offering 30-minute mini healing sessions and bringing some of my favorite Intuitive Energy Healing products with me.

With the Summer Solstice energy building, this is a powerful time to receive energy work, clear what feels heavy, reconnect with yourself, and step into the next season feeling more grounded, supported, and aligned.

June 17 | Venus Opposite Pluto

On June 17th, Venus opposes Pluto, bringing a deeper emotional layer to the week.
Where Venus and Neptune may open the heart, Venus and Pluto may reveal what has been hiding underneath it.

This energy can bring up emotions around love, self-worth, attachment, control, jealousy, power, fear of loss, or old relationship patterns.

Something deeper may rise to the surface so it can be seen, understood, and healed.
Pay attention to what feels intense this week.

Intensity is not always a bad thing. Sometimes it shows us where we have given too much of our power away, where we have been shrinking, or where we are finally ready to choose ourselves differently.

Personally, Pluto is one of my favorite planets.

Pluto asks us to look deeper within ourselves and feel what is happening beneath the surface.

There is nothing surface-level about Pluto. Pluto brings depth, truth, transformation, healing, and a kind of intimacy that cannot be faked.

And let’s be honest… sometimes that kind of depth also brings great s*x.

This energy may ask:
Where am I craving deeper intimacy, but afraid to fully let myself be seen?

Where have I mistaken intensity, control, or attachment for love?

Where am I being asked to reclaim my power, my worth, and my body?

What feels intense may be showing you where you are ready to stop shrinking, reclaim yourself, and choose a deeper kind of love.

Today Venus trines Neptune, bringing softer, more compassionate, intuitive, and heart-opening energy.

This can feel dreamy, creative, romantic, spiritual, or emotionally tender. You may feel more connected to beauty, love, forgiveness, healing, music, art, or your intuition.

This is a beautiful day to slow down, rest, meditate, journal, create, receive energy work, or simply allow yourself to soften.

Pay attention to your dreams right now. You may be processing emotions, receiving intuitive messages, healing in your sleep, or feeling more connected to the spirit world.

This energy invites you to ask:

Where can I soften?

What does my heart need right now?

Where am I being called to trust my intuition more deeply?

Today’s New Moon in Gemini brings a fresh start around our thoughts, words, conversations, and the stories we keep telling ourselves.

Gemini energy helps us look at things from a different perspective. You may feel more curious, mentally active, reflective, or ready to finally have a conversation that has been sitting in the background.

And as a Gemini myself, let’s be honest… we are always curious, a little flirty, and usually trying to take the conversation deeper than people expected.

This New Moon is a beautiful time to set intentions around communication, writing, speaking your truth, learning something new, or opening your mind to a different way of seeing things.

Sometimes a new beginning starts with one honest thought.

Venus moves into Leo today, bringing warmth, confidence, creativity, romance, and a little main character energy back into the room.

This is a beautiful shift from soft, sensitive Venus in Cancer into something bolder and more expressive. Venus in Leo reminds us that love is not meant to be hidden, self-worth is not meant to be questioned, and joy does not have to be earned.

Over the next few weeks, you may feel called to be seen a little more, create something beautiful, speak from the heart, dress up for no reason, flirt with life again, or remember what makes you feel alive.

This energy can also show us where we have been settling for crumbs when our heart is craving something more honest, generous, loyal, and full.

Venus in Leo says:

Stop shrinking your light to make other people comfortable.

Uranus is square the Nodes, which can bring sudden realizations, unexpected clarity, or that deep inner feeling that something is ready to change.

This is the kind of energy that can shake up old patterns, interrupt what has become too comfortable, and show us where we have outgrown the version of life we keep trying to hold onto.

It may not feel calm, but it can be freeing.

Pay attention to what feels different today. The thoughts that come out of nowhere. The conversations that hit a nerve. The truth you suddenly can’t unsee.

Sometimes the breakthrough doesn’t arrive quietly.

Sometimes it walks in and says, “We’re not doing this the old way anymore.”

Something’s shifting…

This is one of those softer, heart-opening transits that can remind us how healing it feels to be supported, cared for, and emotionally safe.

Venus brings themes of love, beauty, pleasure, relationships, money, self-worth, and what we value.

Jupiter expands whatever it touches.

Together in Cancer, this energy can feel nurturing, emotional, intuitive, comforting, and deeply connected to the heart.

Cancer brings us back to home, family, the body, our emotional needs, and the places within us that are learning how to receive.

And maybe that is the bigger message here.

Abundance is not always loud, flashy, or dramatic.

Sometimes abundance looks like peace.
A meaningful conversation.
A safe person.
A clean home.
A quiet morning.
Rest.
Support.
Or finally allowing yourself to be held, too.
