Stage IV Cancer At 27 And Still Loving Life!
Refusing to let cancer take her voice, the most important thing of all, Mariana won’t stop talking about cancer as long as she’s here. Being healthy is a privilege! Mariana had no choice but to advocate for herself in her mid-to-late twenties after symptoms arose she could not ignore: blood in the stool, abdominal pain, bloating, and anemia. She was repeatedly told it was “nothing,” but instead of accepting it she pushed back and searched for a second opinion. Resiliently, Mariana refused to give up because she knew something was wrong; it wasn’t a question of “if,” but “what.”
