🧘🏾‍♀️Class begins at 6:30pm, please arrive early so you’re able to embrace and sink into the mindfulness and intention setting portion of the class.
🧘🏽‍♂️Feel free to bring your own Mat or you can rent one of our Mats for $2.
🧘‍♀️Water is available for $1
🧘🏽‍♂️Blocks and straps will be provided.
🧘🏼‍♂️Wear anything you feel comfortable & can move in

Epic night! Thank you all to those who came over to see our beautiful new home. 💜 Many are not pictured here as it was a busy fun evening of laughs, Henna, Sound healing, wine, music and visits from the hotel security (in the best way! They were hanging out with us! 😉). Old friends meeting new friends. And yes, even a visit from Archangel Raphael and loving messages from spirit. Thank you Angels 🪽🙏🏽. I’d like to give a special thank you to for being the greatest human and soul and for the magic spirit allows us to create together🙏🏽 🪄I’d also like to thank for the incredible work she does with the gift of henna.. its remarkable. Thank you Aafrin for your light, laughs and for making everyone super happy! Thank you and for the fun we had setting up 🥰 P.S. Welcome to our new location on 34th and 8th Ave with a donation hour long yoga session! 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️This session is open to the community and will help you realign, reset and rediscover the healing spiritual aspects of yoga. You’ll receive guidance from the Yoga Sutras, wisdom from the Bhagavad Gita along with spiritual guidance from spirit on how to unblock your energy centers all while working on your yoga Asanas for chakra healing and alignment. I’m super excited to bring this to you all in a safe, non judgmental environment where all levels are welcome.
