Hello angels, if you missed us at last weeks open house and you’re ready to visit our new location, this upcoming Tuesday is the place to start! Join Earth Angel Crystal as we host our monthly Community Yoga Class 🧘🏾♀️🧘🏽♂️🧘🏼♂️🧘♂️📿Also, if you missed our new yoga practitioner last week, join me in welcoming Danielle aka Dani to the team! 🧘🏾♀️Class begins at 6:30pm, please arrive early so you’re able to embrace and sink into the mindfulness and intention setting portion of the class.
🧘🏽♂️Feel free to bring your own Mat or you can rent one of our Mats for $2.
🧘♀️Water is available for $1
🧘🏽♂️Blocks and straps will be provided.
🧘🏼♂️Wear anything you feel comfortable & can move in
🧘🏾♀️Class will open with Daisy and begin with intention setting, Chakra awareness, breathwork and a spiritual yoga story.
🧘♂️The Yoga Asanas will be lead by Dani
