Good afternoon!
As of just 15 minutes or so ago, we have an internet outage.
We have no phones due to this, so please know we are awaiting our service to be returned to normal.
Thanks for your patience🥰👍

For those who have been contacted and/or have a new patient appointment scheduled at Perryman Rheumatology, we have a new process that must be completed and returned PRIOR to your new patient appointment date and/or time. You will have the option to have fillable pdf forms that you can do online and return via email OR we can snail mail the forms to you with a return envelope. Every new patient who is contacted for an appointment must choose what option works best for them and will receive a new patient info letter that states the form MUST be completed and returned at least 5 days prior to the appointment date/time AND the appointment MUST be confirmed or we will reschedule the appointment to another date/time. This is so important with our office, we have only 2 physicians...our new patient appointments are a wait..right now it is 6 to 7 months! Please follow our new expectations as we work so hard to make sure that we get you in the best and fastest time we can and our providers truly do give each patient the best listening, the best heart and the very best care! Thank you!!!!!

The high water is making traveling in Noblesville near the downtown area very difficult as of Saturday, August 15. Logan Street and State Road 19 are under water as of today.

Please allow extra travel time to get to your appointment next week as you will be redirected due to road closures, blocks and detours.

Thank you!!!!

To our newly referred patients:
Due to the increase of rheumatologist either retiring or leaving the specialty, we have had an incredible large influx of new patient referrals to our small office. We want everyone to know that we have a standard we uphold in how we do our incoming referrals. Each one is reviewed for all of the necessary labs, previous progress notes and imaging (if applicable) before it is reviewed by either Dr. Perryman or Dr. Parameswaran. We are doing our best to get to each referral but we receive approximately 80 to 100 each week. That is ALOT for a small private practice. So please let us notify you by letter when we receive you referral, it will come by either USPS or email. Calling the office does not speed up the process and we will let you know if we have items that we are not getting in a timely fashion. Currently, we are booking new patient appointments in November to December 2026. Thank you for your patience!
