People ask me all the time whether infusions actually work, and the honest answer depends on what you came in for.

If you are dehydrated, you will usually feel it before the infusion is even finished. That one is quick because your body responds to fluids fast.

Everything else works differently. If you are doing this monthly for the long term benefits, those build. Improved sleep, a stronger immune system, better recovery, aging better. Your body did not get depleted overnight and it is not going to refill overnight either.

Most people start noticing things around the second or third month. Sleeping better. Steadier energy through the day instead of crashing in the afternoon. Less brain fog. It is usually not one dramatic moment, it is realizing you have been feeling better for a few weeks without thinking about it.

Aging is going to happen either way. None of us get out of that. What you can change is how you feel while it is happening, and that is really what the long term approach is about.

So if anyone tells you one infusion is going to fix everything, they are not being straight with you. Unless what you are fixing is dehydration, and then yes, one is enough.

Two people can get the same infusion on the same day and walk away with completely different experiences. That usually has nothing to do with what was in the bag.

The same ingredient at two different doses does two different things in your body. That is the part most people never hear.

If you are running on empty, a low dose is not going to be enough to make a difference. You can sit through the whole appointment, pay for it, and feel almost nothing, and then assume infusions do not work for you. They do. The amount just was not enough for where your body actually was.

Age changes what you need. So does your lifestyle, your stress, how much sleep you are getting, and how depleted you already are before you ever sit down.

This is why a provider goes through your health history before anything starts. Sometimes the standard dose is exactly right. Sometimes it needs adjusted based on what is going on with you.

A menu can tell you what is in the bag. It cannot tell you whether that amount is the right amount for you, and that is the part that actually determines whether you feel anything at all.

Most of what actually ages you is not happening on your skin. It is happening underneath.

Your body produces waste just from getting through a normal day. Stress, not sleeping enough, a diet that is fine but not great. None of that makes you unhealthy, it just means your body has something to clean up.

Glutathione is what your liver makes to do that cleaning. The problem is your body makes less of it as you get older, while your life keeps producing the same amount of waste or more. What does not get cleared out stays where it is and damages tissue. Your body stops working as well as it used to and the signs of aging pick up speed.

You can supplement it and I think you should. NAC is a cheaper route since it is the building block your body uses to make its own. Liposomal glutathione absorbs better than regular oral but costs more. All of those help.

They just do not get there the way IV does. Nobody questions why a hospital gives antibiotics through an IV instead of handing you a pill, and this is the same reason. Significantly more of it actually reaches where it needs to go.

Doing both is what keeps you ahead of it. That is what aging well actually looks like from the inside.

I want to be clear about something before anyone assumes otherwise. I am a nurse. My husband is a physician. WE are NOT against medicine.

When something is acute, when someone needs stabilized, when a person is genuinely sick, there is nothing better than what modern medicine can do. I watched it work for years and worked in it and I still believe in it.

What I do not agree with is a medication started with no plan to ever come off it. Then a second one added for the side effects of the first.

That is what I mean when I say we are trained to treat symptoms. Not because anyone is careless, but because that is genuinely how the system is built. You come in with something wrong, you leave with something to manage it. The cause stays right where it was.

And long term that does you a disservice, because the thing that started it is still there quietly doing what it was doing.

Both things can be true. Medicine has a place, and so does asking why your body got here in the first place. I just think more people should be asking the second question.

This has become so popular we are doing it again☺️

Last one filled up and people kept asking, so we’re back at Freedom Light on September 21. Only 10 spots available.

Cellular Recharge is your reset. Glutathione, B complex, B12, and fluids. This is the one if you’re running on empty, feeling puffy and inflamed, getting sick a lot, or just haven’t felt like yourself in a while. It rehydrates you and helps calm the inflammation that’s making everything feel worse than it should.

NAD+ Longevity is everything above plus 200mg of NAD+. This is the deeper one. NAD+ is what your cells use to repair themselves, and the amount your body makes decreases every year. That drop shows up in how you age, but also in your energy, your focus and memory, how fast you recover from workouts or stress, your metabolism, and how well your immune system holds up.

Both prices include a medical grade red light session and a physician consult with the infusion.

DM me or text RESET to 918-269-2276 and I’ll get you a spot.

A longer ingredient list on an IV menu looks like more value. It usually means the opposite, and I want to explain why.

Most mobile IV companies operate under rules that allow a maximum of three additives per bag. Some states allow even fewer than that.

So when you see a bag advertising ten or fifteen ingredients, here is what is actually happening. Companies use premade mixes, where a pharmacy compounds several things together ahead of time. Because the pharmacy made it, the whole thing counts as one ingredient. Some bags have two or three of those mixes combined, which is how the list gets so long.

The problem is those premade mixes have significantly lower dosing across every single ingredient in them. A little bit of ten things does not add up to a therapeutic dose of anything. It reads well on a menu and that is about where the benefit ends.

We custom compound every bag ourselves. That means we decide what goes in, which combinations actually work well together, and what dose each one needs to be at to do something for you.

If you are comparing places, do not compare ingredient counts. Ask what the doses are.

In the hospital baseline vitals are a must. It is standard. Nobody questions it.

But somewhere along the way mobile IV therapy started treating that as optional, and I want to talk about why it is not.

Your vitals matter before an infusion. If your blood pressure or heart rate is off that day, you may not be a candidate for what you booked. It also gives us a starting point. If anything happens during your infusion, we need to know what your numbers looked like before we started.

The provider consult matters just as much. Vitamins are not automatically safe for everyone just because they are natural. There are people with conditions where certain things should not go in their vein, and the only way to know that is for a provider to review your history first.

We do both of these on every single patient, every single time. Not because it is a formality, but because skipping either one puts you at risk and there is no good reason to skip them.

If you have had infusions somewhere and neither of these happened, it is worth asking why.

You already understand this. You just have never had anyone apply it past your face.

Preventative Botox works because it is easier to stay ahead of something than it is to reverse it.

Your body works exactly the same way. Starting in your 30s it makes less of the things it needs to keep you feeling good. NAD, which your cells use to make energy. Glutathione, which your liver uses to clear out what builds up. Both drop every single year and nobody tells you it is happening.

Start replacing them early and you are maintaining. Wait until you are dragging every afternoon and you are playing catch up instead.

Same logic you already believe in. Just for the part of you that nobody sees.

I worked in a hospital for years and we put things in IV bags all the time that had long lists of side effects and nobody blinked. And that is absolutely needed in acute situations that is what hospitals are for.

But the second you are at home getting an infusion with vitamins that your body actually uses every single day things that are not medications, not foreign to your body suddenly that is the crazy thing.

I personally do not agree with that at all.

We have helped hundreds of patients and I have seen firsthand what these infusions do for people. Is some of the natural health world taken to extremes? Sure. But replacing what your body is already supposed to have is not extreme. That is just taking care of yourself.

We are not against medicine. There is absolutely a place for it. What I do not agree with is putting someone on a medication with no plan to ever address why they need it in the first place. That is just treating the symptom and calling it a day.

You deserve more than a Band Aid.

This is what summer heat actually does to your body and why sometimes you just need a pick me up.

She was dealing with dehydration from the summer heat. Not sick. Not run down from a long week. Just the heat doing what it does draining your body of fluid and the nutrients it needs to function.

We got her set up with fluids, methylcobalamin, and NAD for immediate hydration, energy support, and cellular recovery.

Let me break down why each one does.

Fluids:
When you are dehydrated your body cannot function the way it should. Everything slows down your energy, your focus, your recovery. Replacing fluids IV means 100% goes directly into your bloodstream. No waiting. No hoping your gut absorbs it. Immediate replacement .

Methylcobalamin the best form of B12
Most places use cyanocobalamin the most common and cheapest form. But your body has to work through extra steps just to convert it before it can even use it. Methylcobalamin is already in its most bioavailable form. Your body uses it immediately. Nothing wasted. You actually get the full benefit of what is going in.

NAD
This is the one that takes it to a different level. I love NAD. NAD is what every single cell in your body runs on to produce energy and repair itself. Heat, stress, and dehydration all burn through it faster than your body can keep up. Replacing it gives your body the fuel it needs to actually recover not just feel temporarily better.

This is the kind of thing that does not show up on a menu. But it makes a real difference in what you actually feel and what your body gets out of it. #918
