GetMo_Phit Helping women rebuild what unhealthy relationships damaged and realign with the woman they were created to be

I traveled all the way from Memphis to surprise my dad for his birthday! ❤️This was especially important to me because just days ago, my brother moved out of Philly, and my dad was feeling a little sad knowing he no longer had any of his children living in the city.I didn’t want him to feel any sense of loneliness on his special day, so I made the trip to be there and celebrate him. 🥹❤️Sometimes the best gift you can give someone is simply showing up!Shoutout to all those who helped make this possible!!😂🥰Daddy, our relationship has grown so much over the years and I’m so grateful to the Lord it has. I genuinely love you so much and can’t wait to continue to celebrate you today! P.S. sorry for almost giving you a heart attack lol

This was never apart of my plan…

I realized a couple weeks ago that the way my life looks right now was never my plan.

I’ve learned (and am actively practicing) not putting my faith in a specific outcome, but in the One who already has the plan written.

In the midst of entrepreneurship, marriage and motherhood my faith continues to be stretched. I’m in the most uncertain season of my life navigating the ever changing ups and downs of life.

One thing I’m practicing is being super mindful of my thoughts and reframing any negative thoughts before those unwanted thoughts become unwanted emotions.

One book that has been helping me do that is called Winning the War in Your Mind” by Craig Groeschel

This week, be encouraged with me because the Lord is working out everything for our good and we have control over the way we see our realities💛

The Rebuild Her season is about becoming someone new.

It’s the season where you allow God to rebuild your identity, heal the beliefs that kept you settling, and strengthen your relationship with Him, yourself, and others.

Because if your identity doesn’t change, your patterns usually won’t either.

Healing isn’t just about moving on from your past, it’s about becoming the woman who no longer feels at home there.

If you’ve ever felt like you left the relationship but still needed to rebuild you so you wouldn’t repeat the same patterns, you’re in the right place.

Follow along as I share how I built my relationship with God, rebuilt the relationship I had with myself, and ultimately transformed my life, one intentional step at a time.

Hey y’all 🤍 If you’re new here, welcome! I’m Morgan, and this is my husband Khalil🥰

A little bit about me… I love Jesus, family, wellness, and creating things that bring people joy (which is probably why my DIY nail obsession is very real 😂💅🏽).

A few fun facts:
✨ I’m a DIY nail girlie and love making custom press-on sets
✨ I assist my husband, who is a full-time wedding photographer + videographer, on wedding shoots💍
✨ This past weekend was extra special because my best friend got married! I had the honor of standing by her side as her matron of honor AND creating a custom nail set for her wedding day 🤍

These photos are a little glimpse into a weekend full of love, friendship, creativity, and celebrating such a beautiful season of life.

If you’re here for faith, wellness, marriage, lifestyle, or you’re on your own journey of healing, rebuilding your confidence, and becoming the woman God created you to be…

I’m so glad you’re here 🫶🏽

I’m realizing my mental health is more connected to my environment than ever.

Over the next 6 months, I’m committed to making small, intentional changes to turn our house into a home that brings me peace, not just for me, but for my family too.

I’ve honestly never really seen myself as a homemaker.

But family is one my biggest values, and as I embrace this season of marriage and motherhood, I’m choosing to challenge that belief about myself.

I’ve been reading Minimalist by Shira Gill, and it’s been so helpful because creating an organized home definitely doesn’t come naturally to me. 😅

Over the next few months, I’m taking you along on my journey to 30 as I intentionally revamp my faith, mindset, fitness, home, wardrobe, and business.

More than anything, I want to step into this next decade feeling aligned with who God has called me to become in this season of marriage and motherhood.

One small, (very small lol) intentional change at a time!

For a long time, I thought finding healthy love meant finding a different person.

Looking back, I realize it started with becoming a different version of me.

Save this post to come back to later, and follow for more on faith, confidence, healing, and building healthy relationships.

The hardest part of my healing journey wasn’t letting go of unhealthy relationships, it was letting go of the beliefs that kept me returning to them.

Some of those beliefs felt so normal that I never questioned them.

But once I did, everything began to change: the relationships I pursued, the boundaries I set, and the love I was willing to accept.

If you’re in that season right now, I hope this reminds you that healing isn’t about becoming perfect.

It’s about becoming aware of the beliefs that no longer serve you and replacing them with truth.

💛 Which one resonated with you the most?⬇️⬇️
