My back is sore today, so I’m trying something simple: a mullein leaf in each sock! 🧦🌿

Mullein has been used traditionally in herbal wellness for generations, and I love finding those little ways to use herbs beyond just making tea.

Will it be the miracle my sore back needs? 🤷‍♀️ It has before! 😊

Yesterday was our W**e Walk, and I started noticing a few fruit flies making themselves at home in the store. 🍷🪰

So I put out one of our Fruit Fly Traps and let it do its thing.

24 hours later…

UM. 😳 LOOK AT THAT.

Apparently they found the trap VERY inviting. 😂

If fruit flies are partying in your kitchen, around your plants, or anywhere else they have no business being, we’ve got a little trap that’s ready to crash their party. 🙌
