In 2025, Lifeworks proudly celebrated 60 years of advancing disability inclusion across Minnesota. From employment and in-home services to free navigation, day support, and disability inclusion training, this report highlights the impact we created together with the people, families, employees, partners, and communities who make this work possible.
Inside the report, you’ll find stories of inclusion and belonging, milestones from throughout the year, and a look at the numbers behind the impact:
- 9,032 people partnered with Lifeworks in 2025
- 5,654 direct support professionals provided more than 4.3 million hours of care
- 417 employers hired people supported by Lifeworks
- 97% of new employment placements were direct hires
