2026 Early Morning Sadhana: November 7
6-7:30 am | Naturally Yoga Studio and On Zoom.
Join Sheryl live with Josh & Ali chanting. No Fee. Continue on your own for the next 39 days until December 14. You Always Have the Key to the Gem of the Lotus Within. This has been a sacred practice for our Naturally Yoga community for over 20 years. We meet either on zoom or at the studio and begin a mantra practice that we continue for the next 39 days on our own but never alone.

Forty days is an auspicious number that helps to bring about change and rewire our consciousness to raise our vibrations. Our sadhana is meant to help us stay focused on Love and the vibration of goodness and personal and collective healing. In this energy vortex that we live in there are so many distractions. Our practice is our lifeline inward to what is the gem inside of us.

Sheryl, Josh and Ali will guide you through the morning experience and this year’s offering is:
Infinite Light. The Light Inside Never Dies.

We will have the mantra practice also recorded so you can chant along with Josh.
