What do we think about when we open a new clinic? 🤔

Access. Wellness. Sustainability. Community. Convenience.

Our new SSM Health Outpatient Center in Verona, WI, was designed to support all of the above, featuring more natural light with bird-safe windows, design elements inspired by the nearby Sugar River Wildlife area helping bring a sense of connection to nature indoors, a convenient self-rooming experience to simplify visits and connected care services under one roof.

Every detail reflects our commitment to creating environments that support healing, wellbeing and exceptional care.

Opening Sept. 14. 💚 To learn more or make an appointment, see link in comments.

Behind every great patient space is thoughtful planning. ❤️

Before construction begins on the cath lab at SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma, our physicians, nurses and clinical teams are helping shape the future of care through full-scale mockups.

Using life-size cardboard layouts, teams can run simulations and test room configurations, equipment placement and patient care workflows in real time. This hands-on process allows us to gather valuable feedback and make improvements before a single wall is built.

By designing with the people who will use these spaces every day, we're creating an environment that supports exceptional care, teamwork and a better experience for our patients.

💙 A single act of generosity helped make a groundbreaking procedure possible.

Just days after her parents received a life-changing phone call, 2-year-old Luciana became the first patient at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital to receive a domino partial heart transplant.

Born with a rare heart condition, Luciana had already undergone multiple procedures before this innovative transplant offered new hope. In a domino partial heart transplant, one donated heart can help more than one child, extending the impact of a donor family's gift and helping create new possibilities for children in need.

This milestone was made possible through the generosity of an organ donor family, the strength of Luciana and her family, and the expertise of an extraordinary team of caregivers working together toward one goal: helping children thrive.

Today, we're celebrating hope, innovation and the families whose courage inspires us every day. ❤️
