During Home Visitor Appreciation Week, we’re celebrating the incredible home visitors of Healthy Families Baltimore County.

Because of their support:
• 100% of families have a pediatrician or medical home
• 94% of children ages 1–2 and 80% of children over 2 are up to date on vaccinations
• 260 developmental screenings completed this year

Behind every number is trust, compassion, and meaningful support for families. We’re so grateful for all they do every day!

Josh, who receives supports from Community & Employment Partners, enjoys visiting flea markets and antique stores. He recently bought a cool WWII hat!

He’s also been working toward his goal of eating healthier by choosing more healthy foods!

Wanda, a mom in our Healthy Families Baltimore County program, completed her first semester of college in December. In March, she created a plan to secure a job by April and achieved that goal early by landing a new position before the end of the month. We’re proud to support families as they work toward their goals!
