Longevity is something to celebrate, and today we're proud to recognize Crystal Hoffman, BSN, RN, for 20 years of dedication to Grayling Hospital and Munson Healthcare!

Crystal began her journey as a certified nursing assistant while attending nursing school and has continually advanced her career through education, training and leadership opportunities. From earning her LPN and RN credentials to becoming board certified in wound care, obtaining her BSN, and serving as a Patient Care Coordinator, Nurse Educator and Preceptor, Crystal's commitment to excellence has made a lasting impact on patients and colleagues alike.

Blood can reach some trauma patients before they arrive at the hospital, helping critical treatment begin sooner after a serious injury. But blood must be on the shelf before an emergency occurs. With about 15,000 fewer donation appointments this summer, now is a great time for eligible donors to help strengthen the local blood supply.
