In observance of Juneteenth, Little Stars Therapy Services will be closed on Friday, June 19.

Juneteenth commemorates the end of slavery in the United States and serves as an opportunity to reflect on freedom, resilience, and the ongoing pursuit of equity for all.

As we honor this important day in our nation's history, we encourage our families and community to take time to learn, reflect, and celebrate.

Our clinic will reopen and resume normal business hours on Monday, June 22.

Big Milestone. Bigger Impact. 🚨 Tomorrow, we’re celebrating our team for delivering 10,000+ therapy hours in a single month—an incredible achievement made possible by their dedication and care.

We’re also celebrating our Cool Dudes & Dads Event, welcoming fathers and father figures into sessions for a day of connection, play, and meaningful moments with their kiddos.

🍔 A reminder: one meal will be provided for the father or father figure of each client in attendance. Additional meals from the food truck will be available for purchase.

We're proud to partner with KU Wichita Pediatrics to create opportunities that support children and families beyond the walls of therapy. Through collaboration, advocacy, and shared expertise, we're working to increase access to resources, promote inclusion, and help children thrive in every environment.

This partnership plays an important role in the upcoming Adaptive Golf Clinic, where children of all abilities will have the opportunity to build confidence, develop new skills, and experience the joy of participation alongside supportive professionals and community partners.

We were honored to welcome Lily Wu to Little Stars Therapy Services!

Throughout her visit, Mayor Wu took the time to meet our team, tour our facility, learn about autism services, and most importantly, listen. She asked thoughtful questions about the needs of Wichita families and how our community can continue moving beyond awareness toward true acceptance and inclusion.

At Little Stars, we believe every individual deserves the opportunity to thrive, belong, and be celebrated for who they are. Conversations like these help create a stronger, more inclusive community for the children and families we serve every day.

In April, Little Stars Therapy Services achieved something incredible: more than 10,000 therapy hours delivered in a single month.

That's 10,000 hours of learning.
10,000 hours of growth.
10,000 hours of celebrating victories—big and small.

But this milestone isn't just about numbers.

It's about the children who worked hard to reach new goals, the families who trusted us to be part of their journey, and the dedicated team members who show up every day with compassion, patience, and purpose.

As we celebrate this achievement, we're also honored to welcome Mayor Lily Wu to Little Stars Therapy Services. Her visit gives us an opportunity to share the impact of autism services in our community and discuss how we can continue supporting Wichita children and families together.

This summer, we'll be celebrating the people who made this milestone possible with special staff appreciation events, surprises, and moments of gratitude all season long. 💙
