We are incredibly proud to celebrate Ryan Baker, Mental Health Clinician at Little Stars Therapy Services, who has been recognized as one of the Wichita Business Journal’s 2026 Healthcare Heroes in Inpatient/Outpatient Therapy.
For Ryan, this work goes far beyond conducting an evaluation.
It’s listening when families need answers.
It’s creating an environment where children feel comfortable showing what they can do.
It’s collaborating with parents, physicians, schools, and providers.
And it’s helping families better understand both their child’s needs and their strengths.
After recognizing a growing need for Autism evaluations in our community, Ryan partnered with Little Stars to help build a psychology department dedicated to expanding access to high-quality diagnostic services for local families.
One of his favorite parts of the work? Watching a child demonstrate a skill their family may have never seen before.
