Monday, September 28 | 6:15–7:15 PM

What to Expect?

📍No experience needed; ear seeds are non-invasive, painless, and beginner-friendly
📍Prefer needles? We can substitute traditional acupuncture needles for seeds on request. It will be performed by a Registered Acupuncturist
📍Seated together in a group circle, followed by a 20-minute group meditation

The evening includes:

1. brief overview of how auricular acupuncture works
2. Group ear seed placement or auricular acupuncture session (administered simultaneously, seated together)
3. 20-minute group circle meditation
4. Q&A to close

Meet Jackson, our Registered Massage Therapy student , on his way to becoming a fully certified RMT this October.

Bio:
Jackson has always felt called to help people move and perform at their best, shaped by his own personal history with sports injuries and the recovery journey that followed.
When he experienced the challenges of healing firsthand, it ignited a deep desire to guide others through their own recovery and help them unlock their full physical potential.
His background in kinesiology and personal training gave him the tools to understand the body not just as something to be treated, but as something to be strengthened and empowered. Watching clients noticeably feel better after each session is what drives him and brings him the greatest fulfillment in his work.
Outside of the treatment room, Jacksson stays true to his active roots — he loves playing volleyball and golf, and believes that staying active is not just a passion but a way of life.
