Today’s reflexology treatments included the addition of cold stones applied to reflex points, macro points & offered to pulse points – a beautiful way to enhance relaxation & support wellbeing, particularly during the warmer months.

A sad goodbye to working from Hartington, but an exciting new chapter begins. ✨

It’s been a wonderfully busy month with clients and 1:1 Hot & Cold Stones teaching sessions. The cold stones have been an absolute blessing during the recent warm weather & have reminded me just how powerful these treatments can be. 💙
