Exam Support: it’s that time of year again!

I have a few appointments left in the run up to SATs/ GCSEs/A Levels for students in need of support.

My sessions are a powerful combination of Reflexology (to calm the nervous system), Aromatherapy (to encourage focus and memory recall), Visualisation (to get the brain into the optimal mindset) and Breathwork (a tool to stay calm during the exam).

If you are a parent wanting to help your child to stay calm yet focused for exams, please do get in contact. Sessions are available from £20. I do home visits in Bakewell, Matlock and surrounding areas.
