💛The Unseen Glow

We spend so much time tending to what the world sees, forgetting that the most captivating light comes from what cannot be touched.

In Japanese, Mikami (美神) pairs beauty with the divine. It points to an inner nobility—the grace that remains steady when everything around you is in motion, and the quiet dignity of a heart that chooses love over noise.

It’s a vibration, a reminder that true beauty starts in the soul. It’s the kindness you show to yourself and others, the peace you cultivate within, and the strength to live your truth.

Embrace your Mikami heart:

✨Be gentle with yourself. You are enough, just as you are.
✨Cultivate inner peace. Find moments of stillness and connection.
✨Live with purity. Be honest, kind, and compassionate.
✨Light the path for others. Share your light with the world.

True elegance isn’t created; it’s remembered. When you align with your divine nature, your presence alone becomes a sanctuary for others.

Step softly today. You are carrying a sacred light.

🪷May the divine grace of Sri Krishna fill your heart and home with endless peace, love, and spiritual joy. On this sacred day of Krsna Janmastami, we celebrate the appearance of the Divine, who reminds us that love, devotion, and pure devotion (bhakti) reside within every soul.

A divine reminder for your heart today:

“Abandon all varieties of anxiety and surrender unto Me. I shall deliver you from all distress; do not fear.” — Bhagavad-gita 18.66

May Little Gopal steal away all your worries just as He steals the butter, and may Radha-Krishna bless your life with eternal light, warmth, and harmony.

Wishing you and your loved ones a joyful and blessed Krsna Janmastami! 🌸🪈✨

✨ WHAT KIND OF ENERGY DO YOU BRING INTO A ROOM?

Before we speak, something of us has already arrived.

Our thoughts, emotions, mood, body language and presence can all become part of the atmosphere we share.

This is not about judging ourselves as “positive” or “negative.”

It is about becoming curious.

✨ What am I carrying today?
✨ What am I expressing without words?
✨ What might I be contributing to this space?

We are all different. We are all unique. We don’t need to imitate another person’s energy.

Simply becoming aware of our own state can be the beginning of greater harmony within.

Pause. Notice. Breathe. Be present.

🌿 Your presence matters.

🌿 WHAT SHAPES YOUR ENERGY?

Have you ever noticed how a piece of music can change your mood?

How certain words stay with you?

How a thought repeated often can begin to feel familiar?

What we listen to, think about, focus upon and surround ourselves with can influence our inner landscape.

Sound can move us.
Music can uplift us.
Words can encourage us.
Mantras can become an anchor for attention and intention.

This isn’t about controlling every thought or avoiding everything difficult.

It is about becoming more conscious of what we repeatedly invite into our inner world.

✨ Ask yourself:

What am I feeding my mind, my heart and my spirit today?

Choose what nourishes you.

🏮 YOU HAVE A CHOICE.

You don’t have to become someone else to bring a different quality into a moment.

Sometimes, the shift begins very simply.

Pause.
Give yourself a moment.

Breathe.
Come back to yourself.

Listen.
Notice what is happening within.

Choose.
What would you like to bring into this moment?

Arrive.
As your natural, authentic self.

You don’t have to force positivity.

You don’t have to hide what you feel.

You can simply become more present with yourself—and from that place, respond with greater awareness.

🌿 Sometimes the greatest shift is simply becoming fully present.

May your presence bring a little more awareness, kindness and harmony wherever you go

🪷What if the thought you fear is not a reflection of who you are?

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) can involve unwanted, intrusive thoughts, images or urges that create intense distress. A person may then feel driven to perform a behaviour or mental ritual to reduce that distress or find certainty.

For a short time, the anxiety may ease.

But the cycle can return:

Thought → distress → compulsion → temporary relief → thought again.

This can become exhausting, confusing and frightening.

OCD is not simply “thinking too much”, and intrusive thoughts do not mean someone wants them to happen.

Most importantly, a person is not their thoughts.

Understanding the cycle can be the beginning of replacing judgement with compassion.

If OCD is affecting your daily life, relationships or wellbeing, professional support can make an important difference.

🌼OCD can begin in the mind, but the experience can feel very physical.

When a thought feels threatening, uncertain or impossible to resolve, the body may respond with anxiety and heightened alertness.

The mind may repeatedly analyse.

The emotions may move through fear, guilt, shame or disgust.

The body may experience tension, a racing heart, sweating, stomach discomfort, exhaustion or disrupted sleep.

And then the person may wonder:

“Why can’t I just switch this off?”

Because OCD is not simply a decision to think differently.

There can be a powerful relationship between thoughts, emotions, behaviours and the body’s stress response.

This is why compassion matters.

Instead of asking, “What’s wrong with me?”

perhaps the gentler question is:

“What is happening to me, and what support do I need?”

Understanding the experience doesn’t make someone weak.

It makes the invisible easier to see.

🌻OCD doesn’t always remain inside someone’s private thoughts.

Sometimes the invisible struggle begins to affect the visible parts of life.

Plans may be avoided.

Friendships may become difficult.

💙 Kidneys & Urinary Bladder — From Fear to Calmness ~ take the challenge, 21 days you will notice a difference 🥰

Fear is an emotion we all experience, but sometimes fear becomes something we carry quietly for far too long.

It can appear as insecurity, constant worry, feeling helpless, exhaustion or a sense that we have lost our confidence to move forward.

From a holistic perspective, the Kidneys represent the Water Element, our deepest foundation of vitality and inner strength. When fear remains unresolved, we may feel as though our inner battery is continually running low.

The body can also communicate through physical signals — fatigue, weakness, changes in water regulation, lower-back or knee discomfort, and changes in hearing or mental clarity can all have many possible causes and should never be self-diagnosed as being caused by an emotional imbalance.

The important message is this:

Listen to your body.

Your body is information.

When we pause instead of continually pushing through, we create an opportunity to notice what we are feeling and what we may need.

💙 Fear does not have to become your foundation.
Calmness can become your foundation.

🌿 21-Day Calmness Challenge

Place your hands gently over your lower back, around the kidney area.

Take a slow breath down towards your lower abdomen.

Repeat 7 times:

“Create and manifest calmness within me.”

Then affirm:

“I am calm.
I trust myself.
I move forward with courage.”

As you breathe in, imagine receiving peace and stability.

As you breathe out, gently release fear, insecurity and tension.

Allow yourself to become still enough to hear what your body has been trying to tell you.
And if fear, anxiety or exhaustion is persistent or interfering with your daily life, please reach out to someone you trust or a qualified healthcare professional. Asking for help is courage, not weakness.

✨ Love transforms. Gratitude empowers. The Soul leads the way. ✨

🤍 Lungs & Large Intestine — From Sadness & Grief to Courage ~ 21 Day Challenge when you say yes ☺️

Sometimes sadness and grief don’t leave us simply because time passes.

We can carry what we have lost, what we never said, what we wish had been different, and the emotions we haven’t yet found a way to release.

When we are hurting, our breathing can change. We may take shallow breaths, hold our chest or feel as though we cannot fully breathe into ourselves.

From a holistic perspective, the Lungs represent the Metal Element and are connected with receiving through the breath and releasing what is no longer needed.

Our body is constantly communicating with us.

Perhaps the invitation is not to push the sadness away, but to gently acknowledge it, breathe through it and allow ourselves to receive something new.

🤍 Courage does not mean you never feel grief.
Courage means you keep breathing, keep receiving and keep moving forward.

🌿 21-Day Courage Challenge

Place your hands gently over your chest.

Take a slow breath down towards your lower abdomen.

Repeat 7 times:

“Create and manifest courage within me.”

Then affirm:

“I breathe in courage.
I release grief.

Every breath renews me.”
With every inhale, imagine receiving fresh energy, hope and possibility.

With every exhale, gently release what you are ready to let go of.

And remember: you don’t have to do everything alone. If grief, sadness or emotional distress feels overwhelming or persistent, reaching out to someone you trust or a qualified professional is an act of courage too.

✨ Love transforms. Gratitude empowers. The Soul leads the way. ✨

💃🏽
To curate your life is a sacred act of self-preservation. It is not selfish to distance yourself from environments that require you to sacrifice your peace. It is the necessary foundation for true, holistic well-being. If it costs you your clarity, the price is too high. Choose peace. Choose power. ✨

😇
Your value is not a variable, and it is certainly not up for debate based on someone else’s fragmented perception. The journey to recovery begins the moment you decide your self-worth is no longer on the table for negotiation. Set boundaries. Reclaim your space. Choose yourself.

#ᴋɴᴏᴡʏᴏᴜʀᴡᴏʀᴛʜ

🦾
What was meant to break you only became the blueprint for your becoming. True resilience isn’t about pretending you weren’t hurt—it’s about refusing to let that hurt define your future. Keep your eyes forward, keep your boundaries high, and keep your goals alive. You are not defined by the battle; you are defined by your victory.

🥵💚 LIVER & GALLBLADDER – From Anger to Patience - 21 day Challenge

Anger is often a signal that something within us needs attention.

Unresolved frustration, resentment or emotional pressure can leave us feeling tense, reactive and drained. When these feelings are carried for too long, they may affect our overall sense of wellbeing.

From a holistic perspective, learning to pause before reacting allows us to transform frustration into patience, clarity and wise action.

Just as a tree bends with the wind without breaking, we too can learn to remain grounded through life’s challenges.

🌿 21-Day Patience Challenge

Take a slow breath.

Place your hands over your liver area.

Repeat 7 times:

“Create and manifest patience within my heart.”

Then affirm:

💚 “I choose patience, forgiveness and inner peace.”

Allow each breath to soften what no longer serves you.

With love,

😓💛 SPLEEN & STOMACH – From Worry to Compassion ~ 21 day challenge

Worry has a way of stealing today’s peace by keeping our minds trapped in tomorrow’s uncertainties.

Many of us carry the weight of family responsibilities, finances, work and daily pressures without realising how much they are affecting us. Overthinking can leave us mentally drained, physically exhausted and disconnected from the present moment.

From a holistic perspective, when we slow down and listen to our body, we begin to recognise that it is constantly communicating with us. Every pause, nourishing meal, mindful breath and moment of self-compassion helps us move from worry towards balance.

You deserve to nourish yourself with the same love and care you so freely give to others.

🌿 21-Day Compassion Challenge

Place both hands over your abdomen.

Take a slow, gentle breath.

Repeat 7 times:

“Create and manifest compassion within me.”

Then affirm:

💛 “I nourish my body, mind and soul with love and compassion.”

As you breathe in, receive peace.

As you breathe out, gently release worry, overthinking and emotional tension.

If persistent worry or anxiety is affecting your daily life, please speak to someone you trust or seek support from a qualified healthcare professional. You don’t have to carry it alone.

With love,

~ holistic_wellness_influencer ~ let me know how you feel .. 🥰

🥺Depression is often much more than feeling sad.

Sometimes it is the quiet heaviness we carry in our heart after disappointment, grief, loss, prolonged stress or emotional pain. We continue smiling, caring for others and carrying on, while our inner light slowly begins to fade.

From a holistic perspective, our emotions influence the communication between our Soul, Heart, Mind and Body. When fear, hopelessness and negative thought patterns are repeated over time, the heart can begin to feel closed, making it harder to experience joy, love, hope and inner peace.

The beautiful truth is that healing begins with awareness.

When we become aware of what we are feeling instead of suppressing it, we create space for transformation. Small daily choices—breathing deeply, receiving love, speaking kindly to ourselves, resting, seeking support and reconnecting with our inner peace—can gradually help us move from heaviness towards hope.

🌿 21-Day Heart Challenge

Place both hands over your heart each day.

Take a slow, gentle breath.

Repeat the following 7 times with love and intention:

“Create and manifest a joyful heart.”

Then repeat:

❤️ “I love my heart and soul.”

Visualise your heart filling with warm golden light as you breathe in peace and gently release sadness, anxiety and emotional heaviness with every exhale.

Allow yourself to receive positive thoughts, uplifting words and loving energy.

Your heart was created to experience joy.

If feelings of depression become overwhelming or persist, please remember that reaching out to a trusted friend, loved one or qualified healthcare professional is a sign of strength. You never have to walk this journey alone.

With love,

~ holistic_wellness_influencer ~ keep going dear one 🥰
