✨Join me for a welcoming Hatha Yoga class, suitable for all abilities.

Last night’s restorative yoga and sound healing workshop was truly something special. ✨

It was an absolute privilege to hold space for such a beautiful group and witness the deep rest, release, and connection that unfolded throughout the evening. From the gentle stillness of each pose to the soothing vibrations of the sound journey, the energy in the room was calm, open, and deeply nurturing.

Moments like these are a powerful reminder of how important it is to slow down, listen inward, and give ourselves permission to simply be.

Thank you to everyone who came along and shared in this experience. I’m feeling incredibly grateful. 💛
