No video could capture the power of the healing experienced on Wednesday evening✨🔥

It was an honour to hold this space for the beautiful women who chose to sit with me around the fire.

Women who decided they were ready to heal, let go and move forward.

We connected with our ancestors, healed wounds and cycles passed down to us, and connected with the gifts they held for us.

We released what was blocking our peace and sent our intentions for what we want in our lives into the fire.

We journaled, we laughed, we supported each other, and we healed.

I feel utterly blessed. ❤️🔥

🌑✨ I’ve been watching the eclipse tonight with my little family.

The eclipse feels like such a deep mirror for us.

We hide our light.
Sometimes we don’t even know it’s there.
We cover it with old stories, fear, self-doubt, experiences and patterns we’ve carried.

But our light hasn’t gone anywhere.

Your light doesn’t need to be created.
It needs to be uncovered. ✨

Maybe we don’t need to become someone new.

Maybe we simply need to remember who we are underneath it all.

Powerful. Worthy. Full of possibility.

And that’s something I’ll be nurturing around the fire on August 26th — creating a safe space to uncover what’s been keeping us stuck and release what no longer belongs to us. 🔥

The fire gave me a message during my ceremony the other night.

A message that I think might be for you too.

“Don’t be afraid of your gifts.” 🔥

I heard the words so clearly. They echoed through me.

And honestly, they didn’t really make sense to me at first.

I didn’t think I was afraid of my gifts!?

Then, the following night, I connected again and used my beautiful Angels & Ancestors oracle cards for the first time.

And the card I pulled gave me the very same message.

“Don’t be afraid of your gifts. Shine your light.”

Okay then…
I’m listening.

Because maybe I don’t consciously feel afraid…

but perhaps there is a part of me that is.

And perhaps that’s true for more of us than we realise.

We can easily admit we’re afraid of failure.
Of staying stuck.
Of not moving forward.

But what if sometimes the thing holding us back isn’t our fear of failure…

but our fear of our own power?

Our gifts.
Our potential.
Who we might become if we actually allowed ourselves to fully step into it.

Because honestly?

That can feel a little scary too.

Stepping into your gifts and your power can change things. It might shift relationships, take you outside your comfort zone, bring uncertainty or mean letting go of things that once felt safe.

And you might find yourself wondering:

Who am I becoming?

But maybe that’s the point.

Maybe we’re not here to stay small simply because small feels familiar.

Maybe there’s a version of you waiting to be uncovered.

You are powerful.
I am powerful.
We have gifts.
We have more potential.

🔥 Why just six women?

After feeling deeply guided to create this gathering, one thing became clear…

This was only ever meant to be for six women.

Because I want it to be a space where women feel safe enough to simply be themselves.

To let go.

To feel truly held.

Six women gathered beneath the open sky.

A space where nobody feels overlooked.

Where there’s time to safely journey, reflect and reconnect with themselves.

Where every woman feels seen, supported and lovingly held.

This isn’t an evening where you’ll sit at the back listening to someone speak.

It’s an intimate evening of ancestral healing
A chance to slow down.

To release something that you’re no longer meant to carry.

To reconnect with the wisdom and love of those who came before you.

And to remember that you don’t have to hold everything alone.

That’s why there are only six spaces.

Because when we feel safe… that’s when healing begins. 🤍

✨ What if the reason you’ve been holding yourself back… didn’t begin with you?

Last week I was holding space for a woman who knew she was capable of more…

Yet something had been stopping her moving forward and having the success she wanted. It’s felt slow and hard.

As we journeyed deeper, we were shown that the root of this pattern didn’t begin with her.

It led us to her grandmother.

A woman who had been made to believe her voice didn’t matter.

That her gifts weren’t important.

That she needed to stay small to stay safe.

Stay quiet.

Not take up space.

Generation after generation, those beliefs have echoed through the family line without anyone knowing.

As we healed that ancestral wound, something shifted.

A deeper understanding,…yes but a shift in how she feels she wants to move forward and be the leader in her life and business.

It was such a beautiful reminder that sometimes the beliefs keeping us stuck…

…aren’t even ours to begin with.

The wonderful thing is we can honour those who came before us…

Without continuing to carry the stories they had to live.

We can begin to write a new story. A story we CHOOSE 📝🤍
