Hi, my name is Hannah and I am a massage therapist, reflexologist and yoga teacher. My areas of interest are supporting people struggling with depression, anxiety and overwhelm. I used to work in a very high stress corporate environment but retrained as a holistic therapist back in 2016. I now offer a wide range of massage and holistic therapies including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stones, Facials

One of my biggest challenges is finding just one thing to concentrate my training on but Yin yoga and fascia work keep creeping out in front.

If you take my yin classes I hope you can feel the love and admiration I have for this style of yoga and for those who honour their health with regular practice and I hope my continued training can filter into my students.

You can find me every Tuesday and Friday evening at Shine Yoga Studio in Belper or in Mickleover for one-to-one bespoke yoga classes.
