A lovely recipe to try! 🌿🍯
Love this medicinal recipe from our friend Rosemary Gladstar :

🌿 Gather some fresh wild thyme (cultivated thyme will do just fine).
🌿 Place in a glass jar and cover with warm melted honey, just enough to cover the thyme thoroughly by an inch or two.
🌿 Set in a warm area and let sit for a few days to a week, until the honey takes on the flavor of thyme.
🌿 You can warm the honey again and strain out the thyme, if you wish, though I prefer to leave it in. It’s too messy to strain out, and it’s also nice, flavorful and chewy when left in the honey.
🌿 Use in tea and on toast and muffins.
