Have you ever tried broccoli hummus?
It’s such an easy way to enjoy the benefits of broccoli + chickpeas in one creamy bowl — fibre, plant protein, healthy fats, and that gorgeous green colour.
What you need:
• 1 tin chickpeas (drained)
• 3 tbsp tahini
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1–2 garlic cloves
• Juice of ½ lemon
• Salt, pepper + your favourite spices
• 1–2 cups blanched broccoli
• A splash of water (to adjust texture)
Blend everything until smooth, taste, adjust, enjoy.
