How Reiki Helped Me Through The Toughest Times 🤍

Let’s start with grief… because that’s where this journey began for me.
And somehow, I now find myself walking that path again❤️‍🩹

When grief feels heavy, Reiki became more than just a treatment for me.
It became comfort. A moment to breathe. A way to feel held when life felt overwhelming.

It helped me:

🤍slow my racing mind
🤍reconnect with myself
🤍feel moments of peace amongst the pain
🤍trust the signs I was receiving
🤍protect my energy during hard days

🦋self-Reiki helped me through the moments my heart started racing. Some days holding crystals close for comfort and grounding.
Some days it was simply surrounding myself with light-minded, positive people who lifted me up instead of draining me.

No negativity here 🤍

This journey inspired me to create two eBooks from the heart:
✨ one around self-Reiki and crystals for guidance and support
✨ and one focused on self-Reiki through grief, for those trying to navigate loss gently

✨Because healing doesn’t mean “getting over it.”
It means learning how to carry life differently… with support, softness and space to feel.

That’s why I do what I do.
Because sometimes people don’t need fixing, they just need a safe space to exhale & just be🪽

Loss doesn’t just break your heart ♥️
It changes everything.

🪽How you think.
🪽How you feel.
🪽Who you are.

It rewires you in ways you never saw coming.

You start to see life differently…Realising how fragile it all is and how tomorrow is never promised.

We come into this world with nothing,and we leave with nothing.

I lost my mum at 36, and my dad just before I turned 40.

Now I’m stepping into my 40s without my parents…and it’s hard.
It’s strange.
It’s confusing at times.

And maybe people will think I’m mad…but I ask them for signs. And they show me🪽🦋

A hedge sparrow… )of all the birds) Muriel, on the side of a building.
Dragonflies at Chatsworth Gardens…both times I asked for those exact signs, they appeared. And lots more….

Call it what you want, but to me, it’s comfort.
It’s connection.
It’s knowing they’re still with me in some way🪽🤍

And that’s why I do what I do…

Because if I can help even one person feel less alone,
more connected to themselves…then something good can grow from this pain.

We’re not meant to do this alone 🤍🥰
