Can we stop pretending that being strong means pushing through when you're running on empty?
Sometimes being strong looks like cancelling plans. Sometimes it looks like stepping back. Sometimes it looks like disappearing for a while because your mind, body, and soul are screaming for rest.
I've spent the last few days doing exactly that.
Not because I've given up. Not because I'm weak. But because I've finally learned that I don't have to earn my worth by exhausting myself.
The strongest women I know are the ones who allow themselves to pause.
They rest. They heal. They regroup.
And then they come back stronger, wiser, clearer, and more aligned than before.
β¨ Rest is not quitting.
β¨ Boundaries are not selfish.
β¨ Taking care of yourself is not a luxury.
It's necessary.
If you've been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally drained, disconnected from yourself, or simply carrying the weight of everyone else's expectations, this is your reminder that you don't have to do it alone.
As a healer and coach, I help women reconnect with themselves, release what no longer serves them, and remember who they are beneath all the noise.

Sometimes we all need a little support, healing, guidance, or simply a space where we can be ourselves without judgment.
I currently have appointment spaces available for women who are tired of putting themselves last and are ready to make themselves a priority again.
When you're ready, my door is open.
Because sometimes the most powerful thing a woman can do is stop, breathe, heal... and rise again.
