As a Reiki Practitioner, Meditation is such an important part of my daily life, taking care of my mind so I can benefit myself and others.

Taking time to sit quietly, breathe and turn inward helps me to slow my thoughts, release the busyness of the day and reconnect with myself.

Meditation helps me to feel grounded, centred and present, allowing me to create a calm and supportive space for my clients 💜

Sometimes, we just need to stop, take a breath and have a little fun. 🐾💜

When we laugh, even for a moment, everything else can seem to disappear. The worries, the overthinking, the endless thoughts — all become a little quieter.

Laughter can have such a positive effect on both our mind and body, and sometimes we don’t realise just how much we need it.

For me, moments like this, simply sitting happily with my dog, are a lovely reminder to slow down, be present and appreciate the simple things in life.

✨Sometimes it’s these little moments of happiness, connection and laughter that can make the biggest difference. ✨

Find the humour. Enjoy the moment. Laugh a little. You might be surprised how much better you feel. 🐶😊

Before my client arrives ✨

One of my favourite little rituals before a Reiki session is setting out the Reiki guidance cards.

And just to be clear… these aren’t Tarot cards 🌿

They’re simply a beautiful way of bringing a little guidance and reflection into the session — often offering an insight, feeling or message that may be relevant to what someone is experiencing at that moment.

I’m always amazed by how often clients are surprised by just how accurate the card feels for them.

Sometimes it opens up a conversation they didn’t expect to have. Sometimes it confirms something they already knew deep down.

And sometimes it’s simply a lovely little ice breaker before we begin. 🤍

I like to think of it as a little message from your higher self… a gentle nudge to pause, listen and notice what resonates.
