Have you been feeling disconnected from yourself lately?
So busy keeping up with work, family and the demands of everyday life that you’ve forgotten what it feels like to slow down and simply be?
On Saturday 27th of June, I’m delighted to be joining Kathryn Henshaw and Faith Daniels for a unique afternoon at Barnton Memorial Hall, Northwich designed to help you step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.
The afternoon will include ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, music & dance, sound healing, breathwork, passive stretching, journaling and reflection, alongside opportunities to explore spiritual practices such as intuitive guidance and channelling in a welcoming and supportive environment.
I will be bringing a focus on nervous system regulation through functional breathing and passive stretching, sharing simple tools you can use in everyday life to shift out of fight-or-flight mode, release tension, and create a calmer body, a clearer mind, and a deeper connection to yourself.
What is ceremonial cacao?
Ceremonial cacao is a pure, minimally processed form of cacao that has been used for centuries in Central and South American traditions. Many people find it helps them feel relaxed, present and more connected during meditation, reflection and wellbeing practices.
Whether you’re feeling stressed, emotionally drained, overwhelmed, or simply in need of some time for yourself, this afternoon offers a blend of relaxation, self-reflection and spiritual exploration.
